Servant leadership - serving society consciously and voluntarily

The statutes of the Louisenlund Foundation, drawn up in 1949, state:

"The purpose of the foundation is to educate young people on a moral and spiritual basis to become truth-loving, open-minded, fearless, self-contained people who are not subject to mass instincts and who consciously and voluntarily serve the community. The possibilities of intellectual, artistic, physical and practical training are used appropriately and combined to form a harmonious whole."

In order to master the challenges of tomorrow, it is crucial to see oneself as part of the (global) community and to be prepared not only to take, but also to invest. Since its establishment, the Louisenlund Foundation has relied on a strong community. This enables us not only to give young people the tools for success in their future academic and professional lives, but also to prepare them to become active and responsible members of society.

Louisenlund is a place where personalities can develop who have courage, take responsibility and volunteer to serve the community.
